Dance Therapy 508's adult dance series offers high energy dance classes while providing a structured method of learning. Each series focuses on a certain style of dance. Whether a beginner or experienced, it's all about having fun in a positive and supportive environment. All levels & abilities welcome! All classes will begin wiith a warm up to help loosen up involving follow along dances steps, isolated exercises and stretching followed by choreography.

Dress comfortably, wear sneakers, bring a water bottle and a good attitude.
