Registration

• All students must be registered prior to attending class.

• Enrollment is confirmed once payment (or payment plan) is set up.

• Tuition is non-refundable once the session begins.

• Missed classes are not prorated or refunded.

  Behavior & Respect

• Students are expected to treat instructors, peers, and the space with respect.

• Bullying, disruptive behavior, or unsafe actions will not be tolerated.

• Instructors may request parent/guardian support if behavior disrupts the learning environment.

• Dancing is a physical activity, it's possible for injuries to occur . Dance Therapy 508 and it's instructors are NOT liable for personal injuries that may occurr during dance

  Inclusion & Accessibility

• Dance Therapy 508 is committed to inclusive, adaptive, and accessible movement experiences.

• Please inform instructors of any disabilities, injuries, sensory needs, or accommodations prior to class. We will make reasonable adjustments to support each participant’s needs.

• WORKSHOP/SERIES

• No Refunds given for class series. Missed classes are non refundable and cannot be used as a class credit. Refunds are given for class workshops ONLY and DT508 must receive notice of cancelation 48hrs before the start of class.

  Cancellations & Weather

• Classes canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled when possible.

• Notifications will be sent via email and/or social media.

• If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be applied to a future session.

  Dress Code

• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.

• Sneakers or appropriate dance shoes are required unless otherwise noted.

  Media & Photography

• Photos or videos may be taken for educational or promotional purposes with consent.

Policy Agreement

By registering, participants agree to follow all Dance Therapy 508 policies. Policies are subject to change.
